Or at least if feels like it lately. A couple of weeks ago, we actually went to the zoo. We hadn't been in a couple of years and the kids loved it. We practically had to drag them out of there...I guess they felt at home...hee hee. Dal, my future photographer, took over the camera and got lots of pictures. The kid's favorite was the macaw that talked. He kept saying, "look at me", "hello", and "what ya doing?". Now my kids want a bird. I can imagine the things it would say if it lived with us..."pick up your shoes", "wash your hands", "pee IN the toilet", "leave your sister alone", "turn off the lights". I would no longer be needed.
They also loved the monkeys. They are so funny to watch because they really do resemble people. This little guy in the back hurried and ate his lettuce and then snatched his buddies lettuce and ran off and ate it.

My life is a zoo.
This is pretty much how I feel tonight.

It looks like you had so much fun....I wish that I could say that I love the Zoo, but I really have hated it my whole life :) I would rather see the animals in Africa running free...but that just me. Dallon is growing up! It's hard to believe that you and Mike finally have a kid old enough to be in Jr. High. Can you believe that I have a 27 yr old and a 25 yr old? I can't figure it out cause I'm still only 21 :). Miss you
